I called in 3 times durring regular working hours,and they leave me on hold each time 20 minutes mininum. Not profesional people, avoid it!
Best experience renting a car ever. This is such a great place. I had to rent a vehicle to get my inlaws around and I got a wonderful jeep with no hassles whatsoever. I even had to extend by a couple days and she accommodated me. Kelsey is such a sweet person and a great professional. I will definitely go there again if the need arises

I had a terrible experience.nnI call to set up a reservation and get a very friendly lady who helped set up all the details (no complaints here). I explained I needed a pickup later in the day at a repair shop because my car was damaged. She takes my info and the repair shop location. Then she confirmed that I would be picked up at the repair shop at 5:00pm. I say thank you and have a nice day and she hangs up.nnI arrive at the shop at 4:30pm and wait until the driver arrives. 5:00pm, nothing. 5:15pm, still nothing. I call the number I made the reservation from and ask why the driver hasn't arrived. She asks for my info, my location and phone number. Then she says there was no reservation under that name. Then she asks if I had a confirmation number, I said no, the lady never gave me one. She then goes on to offer me other reservation times, of course the next day is the only day they don't have a driver. Why? No idea. She then says the day after next after 1:00pm would be the next available time.nnIn the end, my time was wasted and nothing happened when I was told it was going to happen.
Pickup was nice and easy, vehicle was tip top. Got it back, just waiting for my deposit to be returned.
