I was very satisfied with Enterprise when I got a rental vehicle while my car was in the shop. Having them do a pick-up and drop-off right at the repair shop was so helpful and less headache for me. The rental car was clean and comfortable, and the gentleman I worked with explained everything clearly. It was a great experience!

I love renting from Enterprise. I have NEVER had a bad experience. I’ve had 2 emergencies where I needed a car immediately and they accommodated me right away. They do what they can to satisfy you. Just recently with my emergency, I had to extend the car twice and all I did was call and they were like absolutely. I also love that they take debit cards. Only place I rent from even though I get discount through work from other companies, I go to Enterprise

Picking up and dropping off the vehicle was very quick & easy. They honored an upgrade I received the year before from another Enterprise location. Renting every year for my annual road trip allows me to see what kind of car I like and don’t like when it’s time for me to purchase a new one.

Ashley H. was a great help. She made sure I was comfortable with the car before I drove off. She was friendly & helpful through the whole process. When I returned the car, she was the smiling face I that greeted me when I was checking in. Great customer service.
