even though they only have Chevy products, they work with you the best they can and get you what you need. I'm used to safety features, they accommodated me with the new vehicle that has safety features. They work with all of your business traveling needs with what they have to offer there a class act!
Dismal selection, ambivalent staff. RENT FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE.nnCan’t reserve anything above midsize, and then they only have Chevrolets with no options in the Aisle. No Executive Aisle. If you hunt around and do find something worth driving “it’s been pre-reserved for a one-way rental” even though there’s no way to reserve that car class at this location.nnStaff was courteous but didn’t have any sympathy or offer any options.nnBottom line, rent from another company while in Milwaukee!
Apparently cars just disappear.
I like National as a company and use them all the time around the country but this location is terrible to the point that I want to avoid flying into Milwaukee. Poor car selection (even at Executive Emerald Aisle) and customer service, and other problems. Bad experience all together.
