The experience was excellent. I was met with a very friendly gal who help me check in and helped me getting familiar with the car. On my return, a very friendly gentleman check things over and all was good. It was an easy experience. The vehicle I rented was very nice.

Very smooth rental process. I reserved the vehicle online weeks beforehand. When we arrived to pick up the car we only waited a few minutes. All reps were wearing face masks. They were prompt and professional. The only thing that always throws me off with car rentals is the cost of daily insurance, which I know is important and worth it, but the cost of it isn’t readily viewable at the time of an online reservation, so I will know what to expect once I’m there to pick up the vehicle. They gave me a receipt and a brush to wipe off ice in the morning if it froze on the windshield. The rep in the booth while driving out gave me a brochure of the city we were visiting as well as directions. The car was just beautiful, excellent condition, smooth riding, I really enjoyed driving it. It was a Nissan Altima. Drop off was extremely efficient, we pulled up, the rep was right there and we left within 2 minutes. Overall great experience. We were well taken care of by Enterprise Car Rental.

The service was top notch. Even though I had a small wait the staff made sure to check on me during that time to ensure I didn't need anything. The car they gave me was super clean and very nice. All the staff members were friendly and efficient. Would definitely go back.
