Wouldn't accept any payment methods from me! Their cc machine would read my mag strip on my cc, they don't offer use of a chip reader, wouldn't accept cash, I finally asked if she could enter it manually, much to my surprise she rudely said she wasn't going to do that! Them not accepting any form of payment cost me an extra $200+ in Uber and Lyft rides, they really need to work on their employees customer service skills! I used the same cc all weekend at many other establishments that didn't take chip reader payment methods and not one issue.
Budget rentals, WORST PLACE EVER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T BOTHER, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU BOOK ANY CAR RENTAL SERVICE DIRECTLY THROUGH THAT RENTAL SERVICE AND NOT AN APP. THEY'LL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THROW U IN LOOPS TO TRY TO GET IT BACK. STICK WITH ENTERPRISE, THERE'S A REASON THEY'RE MORE EXPENSIVE.
Rude, and lied! My flight landed 45mins early was told it will be 50$ plus extra dollars to pick car up on 10/08/2020..watched her not charge a gentleman who reservation was for 4pm and not charge him as he confirmed she did not charge..with everything going on in the world I waited patiently BUT I will go beyond this review. Sad how the world is changing but this will be escalated higher..unprofessional, rude and you know the rest!!
No problem got what I wanted at the price they quoted
A little slow, but it was a reasonable interaction. Thankful only one person was ahead of me.
