This Hertz was awesome. My car was stolen and i needed a longer term ride. Got a great deal and had to extend. They forgave me for extending late. Got the Kia Rio. Great gas mileage, good safety features. Staff on bothe visits were really helpful. Would recommend as well as use again! Thanks!!!

Hertz’s is horrible!!!! Customer rep gave me a damaged car from the start and claimed they didn’t have any more cars. He wanted me to take car without giving me documentation of damaged car! Front end, loud brakes, tire, temperature... Unsafe to drive! Hertz’s customer service is unbelievable-Customer Lead Rep first denied the request for a replacement car the Rep put in at first until I said, let me talk with her. Car had to be towed!nI will never rent from Hertz’s Rental AGAIN!!!nMilwaukee, WI location 8041 N 76th St. Is where I rented car from. Called after I return car asked to speak with a manager- Mgn. Joe, placed me on hold and never came back. Horrible customer service!!!

Nice clean lobby area! Service was fast, & GREAT customer service skills, I most definitely will be a return customer SOON!! If you’re looking for a place to rent a car go to Hertz don’t hesitate this location is awesome! KEEP UP THE GOOD GUYS•

Beware!!!! This is the worst experience I have had with any company EVER! My son and his girlfriend rented a car from there for their trip, when they returned for their personal vehicle along with many other peoples vehicles tires where stolen off! Hertz basically told them it was not their problem and asked if they had a ride because they needed the keys back! They ended up having to rent the car for additional day which you charged for. Not only that but they got there at 350pm and you closed at 4pm your employees just left! Left 2 young adults stranded outside (in obviously a bad area) by themselves waiting for the police and tow truck to arrive. Who does that???

Very pleasant staff, clean lobby area and very prompted service. I was able to get in and out within 10 minutes. Very easy return of vehicle. I am very pleased with the service at this location.
