I had just been through a nasty breakup heading for divorce. I was borrowing my parents car looking for a new housing and got hit by someone.nMy parents wrecked car got towed to North Shore Collision.nDespite being stuck corresponding between myself, my parents and the insurance company, the front desk at North Shore collision knew exactly what was going on every time we called... there was never even s moment like 'please hold while we pull up your file.', I felt like we were important to them.nWhen we figured out the car was totaled I had to catch a ride up to get my things out of the car.nThe owner of North Shore collision? Max, I think! met me at the shop during his off time!!! to let me in the car because that's what worked best for me. He even stood there talking to me about relationships and really comforted and encouraged me. I felt like it was the kind of personable experience I had gotten growing up in a very small town, and it was incredibly comforting to me at a time when I was feeling a little bit lost in the big city! that is above and beyond customer service!

I recently purchased a new SUV and my children accidentally scrapped the back trunk of my vehicle. I called North Shore Collision and the receptionists was very helpful and suggested that I bring it in so their team could take a look. The team member was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly repaired my car and gave me a complementary car wash! I highly recommend North Shore Collision to you and your family for your auto body needs! Thanks Again Max!

I needed the right rear door of my Jeep Grand Cherokee replaced and was referred to North Shore Collision by a work colleague. They fixed the car beautifully and went way above what was expected. They returned the car 3 days faster than expected; also did a full interior and exterior detailing job which on a good day would cost hundreds of dollars which they did for free! They were straightforward, honest and never felt like they were selling anything extra. If anyone I know needs auto body repair I will tell them to come here. Thanks guys!

I have a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude and needed a repair on the back side passanger door. The job done to my car was amazing. The team at North Shore Collision was super professional and was able to answer all my questions. I was happy to get my car quickly and they even provided interior and exterior cleaning to my car. About a month ago my car was hit at a gas station and I was debating taking my car here vs taking it to another shop. NSC really wanted to earn my business and prove to me that they are just as good or better than any else in town and they proved me right! They fixed my car in half the time than the competition. I was very impressed and pleased with service and quality of work. These guys are the best!
