Wish i could give no stars. The most frustrating experience. Will never use this company EVER AGAIN!!!! I will never recommend to anyone. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with, they must have a special training for horrible, rude employees. This was horrible. Did the rental online 2 weeks in advance and still taking hours to get there stuff taken care of, as I am writing this it has been 3 hours and come to find out they don't even have the car my daughter rented they said they would find something. SO RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! Why do it online if you have to deal with their bs for hours. This was at the Albuquerque airport

No stars worst car rental place ever. Cliff the owner was so very rude. I drove car 58 miles and was charged 250 for cleaning . 2 weeks later

Very bad service from the lady, kathy Williams, unprofessional manager!!!! Raised her voice to us screaming and said she's been doing this for 30 years. I made a complaint to corporation and they said I had to deal with the owner,self owned franchise!! I will never return with that terrible service from the manager. I strongly encourage people to go with enterprise ,they are highly professionals with awesome service.

If I could give it a no star I would. Booked my rental a week in advance, go there at my scheduled time, no body was at the counter. Waited for 10 minutes. Then when I was finally helped the lady asked for 2 forms of id, and threw one back at me saying "it's expired". I gave her another. Then she said will have to call your employer first. Why? Unless they were renting the car for me. Then she asked where I'll be traveling to in my 3 day rental, I told here and she said I will have to add $75 per day for the extra miles. I was surprised and asked why, and she stated only the first 25 miles were free. I told her it never stated that when I made the reservation, she just said "it's in there, if you read it right". After insurance, taxes, extra miles and my reservation, we were looking at $700. I told her I'll just book with Enterprise, she didn't care much, and just said "give me a few seconds to charge your card". I told her a second time that I'm not going to rent here and hand me my cards back. I don't recommend Hertz to anyone, my first experience with them was in Ft Lauderdale in 2016. Same hidden fees and poor service. Never again.
