Originally rented from Aaron, great person, gave me a wonderful deal. Had to get extend, no problem, still got a great deal. Settled at 30 days and needed one more week. Lady at that time tried to charge a extra $40, took 30 min to take off the extra charge after trying to make me jump through hoops, then tried to charge $900 for a week when that was the total for a month. She was rude and nasty and helped every other customer during our transaction. Very dissatisfied with her customer service.
HORRIBLE customer service. Very rude over the phone. DO NOT recommend whatsoever.
Nice little airport. FBO is sharp. All major rental car agencies are inside the terminal. Budget people are friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking
If I could give it a zero I would.... you shouldn't have people waiting on customers that hate their own lives obviously and are rude and snippy... she could have told me the same thing in a professional voice and I would have been fine but her snippy condescending tone ruined my day.. and answer me this, if people have to pay an extra fee because they smoke in the car for cleaning shouldn't that go towards cleaning it? the car I got was miserable it smelled so bad and her excuse was well there's only one of us and we can't do a really good job all the time...SMH...
