Once again, a smooth hassle free experience. My rental type (sedan) wasn't yet available, I was given a free upgrade, which was really nice. Had to change my contract to add two days and it wasn't a problem. Thank you once again, Enterprise Wausau, Sherman St. ud83cudf1f
What is there to say. AWESOME PEOPLE, Great prices, and super convenient. Just remember though on top of the rental fees you will have a refundable deposit that comes back a few days after you return the car. So anticipate that.
The person handling the situation was extremely helpful and friendly. I will most certainly use Enterprise next time I need a rental.
They are very rude and would not take my credit card. They would not let my boss pay for the rental car either.
