Jackie was very helpful, friendly, quick & polite. The car was easy to find, extremely clean (both in appearance & smell). Vehicle was what we requested and ready when we asked for it to be ready.nI personally travel a lot & although this trip was pleasure, I have NEVER encountered an employee for a car rental agency this accommodating, fast, energetic, engaging & knowledgeable. KUDOS to Budget for hiring her. KUDOS to Jackie for being such a great representative for the company. Terrible customer service and employees. You stole $250.00 from us based on one person saying they THOUGHT something with no proof. We are not smokers and you charged us a fee for smoking - you have absolutely no proof except for what a nasty worker decided to determine. We were told we wouldn't get a receipt until we said we smoked in the vehicle. The employee Jaclyn was mean and could care less what we had to say. I will be fighting for our money back. You are crooks and should be ashamed of what you do to customers.

The gent that checked me in for my vehicle was very friendly and helpful, went above and beyond. I also appreciate that there was an ice scraper in my vehicle at no extra cost.
