The customer service person at the counter at CWA was AMAZING. Personable, kind, considerate and compassionate when we found a lighter and confirmed our suspicions of the smoke smell. YOU NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HIM! HE IS WONDERFUL!
The agent was extremely friendly and very helpful. They walked me to my car to make sure everything was good with it. When I returned the car they took my keys and sent me an email receipt. I did not have to wait at anytime, very fast service. The car was exceptional.
I have made numerous trips to WI over the past 6 mo. The team at Alamo companies have been great to work with. They are very professional and have ensured I had the vehicle that exceeded my expectations. Thank you all again during these difficult last few months, this was the one thing I did not have to worry about.

Was going to rent a car for a quick one day trip as my car eats th err ought gas, but upon getting there was told my debt card would not be sufficient and they they only took credit unless you just came off a plane. As all I have is debit I could not rent a car and my company discount could not be applied on the spot in the other rental kiosks.
