Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was hoping I could give them 0 out of 5 stars. Customer service reps have no clue what's going on. They are inept in their ability to simply find a reservation.nnI reserved a car through Enterprise over the phone. I received an email with information regarding my reservation including the codes and addresses. Once at the CWA facility, the first rep had no idea what the code meant. He basically told me that the information I had (from Enterprise) didn't mean anything to him. I called back and waited on hold for 30+ minutes. Once I got an Enterprise rep on the phone, they said my reservation was clearly there and done correctly. She asked to talk to another customer service rep, but that rep at the location didn't have time to talk, as she was having printer issues.nnTotally unprofessional, totally clueless and zero help. I'm not sure what they do there...maybe they didn't think they'd have customers today, so they let the car washers sit at the desk.nnThese two individuals also represented National and one other brand.nnAfter 2 wasted hours (one driving and one in person), I cancelled the reservation and went a different route. I do want to say that lady I spoke with over the phone was extremely helpful, very polite and apologetic for her inept and clueless counterparts. She also expressed embarrassment and explained how simple it should have been to process my reservation.nnI love Enterprise, but I will NEVER even consider renting from the CWA location.

Great customer service at Wausau - Mosinee AirportnWhile on vacation, we had to get a car in Wisconsin due to an issue with our mini-van, it lost a fight with a deer. Scott S. was working that morning and helped arrange a rental for local use with a return at Midway Airport in Chicago. He did some magic on his terminal to get us the local rate for the days in Wisconsin so we wouldn't get charged the one-way price for the entire trip. Scott saved us a fair amount of cash and was very personable. He rented us a Toyota 4Runner, it was very clean and had no snow on it, very impressive given the amount of snow they received up there. If you are flying in, the rental counters are right across the street from the airport. Look for Scott, he's your man!

Good collection of cars in central Wisconsin area, airport also provides parking for $7 a day.

Still trying to see out the last mess with my rental. This location has a new manager so hopefully things will improve. But the last one treated me terribly during a pick up and have me a smaller vehicle, charged me for a larger one and refused to let me to exchange the car when I reported it had issues and was the wrong vehicle.nThe customer service in trying to address the issues was deplorable . Pretty much no customer service and then charged my card for more than agreed and unauthorized ..nAlso missing points and days that customer service hasn't found or corrected.nRead the national ratings and reviews on Enterprise and the BBB ratings .nChoose a different company, because its great until you have an issue, and then you're screwed.

Thank you for accommodating my rental car switch at CWA. Even though the car did not work for what I needed (a vehicle to connect with Android Auto for GPS on screen purposes, just so happens Toyota is the one that does not do this) you got me into the right vehicle that I rented. Two stars down only because your selection was low and I found it really inconvenient that I had to drive from one enterprise with a car to another just to get the right vehicle and only had the one option, a toyota corrolla. I find it confusing that when I call and request a vehicle I am told they cannot hold anything, but when I see a vehicle available on your lot in the same class, a nissan altima, I cannot take it because of your rentals for later?? *shrugs*nnO well. Thanks for being polite and courteous tho.
