I am only giving enterprise at the la crosse airport a 5 star rating because of the manager Frank. I was scheduled to pick up my car (for a week) at 8 am, and we get there and noone was there and we were told they don't open until 11. Luckily, frank had shown up shortly after us, noticed we needed help and helped us right away- he was there early for some reason. Anyways, he gave me excellent customer service, answered all my questions, and was super nice when 2 of my 3 credit cards declined which was SUPER embarrassing. So thank you Frank, we will probably be a regular from now on, solely because of you!

Stay away from this location at all costs. Staff is rude and utterly incompetent. Had a flight coming in shortly after 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, and the office closes at 5:00. Called the office to inquire as to whether I should book with another company: “Oh, no! We stay for car pickups up to two hours after closing.” Needless to say, I was impressed and relieved, and stuck with Enterprise.nnBig mistake, as it was nothing but a bald-faced lie. Get to the desk at 5:50...no show after 20 minutes of waiting with another woman, who was similarly misinformed. Next day, agent refuses to help in any way, refusing to even acknowledge the company’s misrepresentation.nnMake no mistake, I don’t EXPECT a company to stick around after posted closing hours, but was expeessly informed that it would do so, and the company’s “no show” ultimately cost me a significant amount of time and money. What’s worse, there was no effort to make it right; just sullen denials and snottiness.nnNot the end of the world, but definitely a frustration YOU can avoid by simply using another agency.

I had to rent a vehicle last minute. They didn’t have the size I had reserved, but upgraded me without an issue and the branch manager I worked with was very helpful and polite. I’ve never used enterprise before but I certainly will again.
