great customer service when I picked up car...
I rented a car from Avis the price was right however upon returning I owed .04 , they charged me $314.79, claiming I had a animal in the car?!?!?!? I did not have any animals in the vehicle.... if you smoked in the car they charge $250.00, which I didn’t do I ether.... but my goodness, if the find a hair they charged over 3 hundred dollars?!?!? Worsts service ever!!!! I do NOT recommend Avis at all!!! Never again!!!
effecient and had me on my way in no time
My husband and I have not rented from Avis for several years because of poor service. We were convinced to try Avis once again about a month ago. The service if anything has gotten worse. Uninformed and badly trained personnel. Wev were lied to four times. No one was ever able or willing to coorect the situations.
I reserved my car online. When I arrived they did not have the car I reserved. They offered me to pay for an upgrade. They offered ME to pay for their inability to manage their fleet. I can't help but think is a normal practice, or trained procedure for them. They have customers that have no other options, so they just take advantage of them. The most morally bankrupt group of people. FYI, If you complain just enough, they will waive the upgrade price. Further proof this behavior is standard practice for this location, and no doubt the company as a whole. DISGUSTING! You should be ashamed of yourself Avis.
