I had to rent for a car repair; quick friendly and efficient- safe Covid experience. In and out quicky. The manager helped and answered all my questions on the vehicle itself. Also had a great ride to the car repair shop from Enterprise!nI think, with John, great guy and he made sure I was all set before leaving me at the shop!
Was able to reserve a car and enter all of my information online. Picking up and returning the car was very quick and easy. Customer service was excellent and very friendly staff. Will definitely use this place again if needed.
We had a car because we were in an accident no fault of our own and the fellow who gave us a car asked if we wanted their insurance that was $45. We said sure not knowing it's a $15 A DAY!! He DID NOT explain that to us. They need to be explaining that better. So beware. I am so unhappy it sure felt like he took advantage of us.
