The kenosha location is not there. They moved a few months ago. Their number go to enterprise. So dont even bother with this location. ud83dude32

I rented a car last week and enjoyed the entire process. The staff was cordial and respectful. The prices were lower than everyone in town. I checked in and out quickly and was on the road. The process was easy.nnThe car was in great condition and was modern. It had features I loved. Loni, the branch manager, walked through all the features and made sure I understood everything. I will be back for sure and recommend Mayfair to others.

I called Mayfair in Kenosha a few weeks ago needing help with a Transit Van Rental. Loni Tudjan and her staff were efficient, kind and helpful. They found me exactly what i needed and made me feel important and taken care of. The Van has been perfect. When i arrived Lori had the Van pulled up and my paperwork ready. I couldn't ask for more in a rental company. I will use them again.

They are lucky they have great prices because their customer service is rough. Two consecutive times that I’ve scheduled a time to pick up a vehicle they’ve been “out of the office” doing something, leaving no one to help customers. The first time I waited for over and hour and the second time I waited for around 30 min. Both of these were scheduled pick up times set up to coordinate with a busy travel schedule.

Awesome Experience with this car rental. I can't believe I haven't tried them sooner. They will definitely be my go-to rental place from now on. The Branch Manager was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Give them a shot, I think you will be just as satisfied as I am.
