I ended up not needing the shuttle service, but I can say the scheduling, attentiveness, and responsiveness of their employees is fantastic! They reached out to me with a quote almost immediately, and made it a very easy process to find transportation in an area of Wisconsin that doesn't really have rental cars/lyft/uber.
