If zero stars were an option that's what I would pick. Back in July I rented a truck for a move and when I was provided the truck we were told by the associate that the truck was involved in a prior accident. Because we have worked with this particular location many times we still accepted the rental and noted the areas where we saw damage including a small crack along the windshield. During our rental the small crack became much more severe and upon returning the rental, it was explained to Enterprise what happened and we were told not to worry about it and it would be taken care of. Fast forward now. Enterprise is trying to hold me responsible for damage that pre-existed prior to me renting the truck. On top of that when the employee was told about the damage, that particular employee failed to notate the damage on the rental agreement. Im extremely upset and angry that I'm being charged with something that is not my fault especially when the issue was brought up to the employee's attention. I will never rent from this location again. I would rather go out of my way to find a different option or be stuck without a car then to rent from enterprise or at least the Fond du Lac location again.

Called only to get hung up on multiple times. I showed the employees the 7 calls including duration. They ended up renting the vehicle they quoted me for. It all seemed to go down hill when I asked about being picked up, and dropped off. The positive that gives three stars was the guy did apologize and they had a truck for the same price that was just returned.

Great Experience, I need the car for a 2,500 mile road trip and everything went smooth. The process was fast and easy, and they followed through with everything promised, no problems at all. I will be renting from them again in the future

Enterprise rental car was provided by insurance company for transportation while my car was being repaired after an accident. They were on time to pick me up and provided me with a car similar to the one I had. I appreciated that because I was familiar with the controls and felt comfortable driving it. The staff was courteous and friendly. I felt like they really cared about my experience with the vehicle. I was very happy with my experience with the company and would rent from them again in the future. This was at the Fond du Lac Wisconsin branch of the company.
