We have rented from this location often. The employees are friendly and helpful. They have gone above and beyond for us several times! The parking lot is a little weird but I feel like that isn't the fault of the business.nnWe will use this location again.

This was our first experience renting a car. We submitted the reservation online. Pick up was super easy in Eau Claire. Unfortunately, the vehicle we were given was not big enough for the 5 of us and all our stuff on a 9 hour drive. We called the Enterprise in downtown Indianapolis and asked if we could switch to something bigger. They were also great to work with. We got into a more comfortable vehicle for our family very easily. Returning back to Eau Claire was a breeze although a little busy due to being Monday morning. We would definitely rent from Enterprise again.

Far and away the best car rental company to deal with. Their General Aviation program provides world class service to pilots, by delivering a car to the airport prior to the arrival, and then picking it up after you leave. Such a pleasure to work with a company that gets and understands customer service!

I recently had a rental car experience through here after and accident. They called me immediately within the hour after the insurance company submitted the claim. I actually didn't even see the email from the insurance company before they called. So I was suprised they were so on the ball! During pick up, they did everything they could to make me comfortable and get me in the correct veichle for me. I noticed the gas wasn't full at pick up and they immediately took care of it and told me not to worry and I wouldn't be charged for it. At drop off, there was an issue with refunding my card and the Branch Manager himself followed up several times until it was resolved. So much so that I paid nothing for my gas for the hassle. What fantastic customer service. I will be going back to them for my next rental car for sure!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!! Great vehicle! It was hard to give back. Rental fee was cheap, deposit was fair, and the insurance was more then i expected. However, having the piece-of-mind knowing it was there should I need it - that was priceless!! :)
