We have two vehicles under warranty yet we still take our vehicles to Young Automotive for all maintenance work and or any additional mechanical accessory work needed outside of warranty repairs. Car dealership repair centers don't hold a candle to the overall vehicle service business sense Young Automotive brings to the table. My history of new car ownership is over the last 42 years now. TL;DR: Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and clear communication of expectations and pricing.nnA few weeks ago I had just gotten into Sturgeon Bay and my check engine light came on, shortly followed by my car warning me that my transmission was overheating. Panicked I pulled over and googled for mechanics and the top result was Young Automotive. I called and spoke with Nick, I explained my situation, that I was out of town, and that I was right down the road. They weren’t able to look at my car until after the weekend, but they got me into a loner car, were super clear about what the cost would be for the loner as well as evaluating my car, and within 15 minutes I was on my way home.nnIt turned out that the issue had warranty coverage with Ford and Young Automotive went above an beyond by transporting my car from their location over to the Ford dealership (Jim Olson) for me since I live 2 hours away. They extended my loner rental at the customer rate and when I showed up to return the loner and pick up my car from the dealership, they gave me a ride over so I didn’t have to Uber or find a cab.nnI typically do research before I pick a mechanic, handyman, ext, however research wasn’t really an option in this situation. I am beyond pleased with the amazing customer service, clear communication, and reasonable pricing. If you live in Sturgeon Bay and are looking for a mechanic I can’t recommend Young Automotive enough. And if you are like me, just swinging through town and your transmission overheats, they are the ones I would call.

We were passing through town to start a short vacation weekend when our vehicle broke down on the highway at 1pm on a Friday. After contacting multiple repair shops in Sturgeon Bay, Young's was the only one that would fit us in their busy schedule. They quickly set us up with a rental vehicle and we were back on the road within an hour. The team at Young's kept me informed every step of the diagnosis by calling with their findings and even sending me pictures. I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me the bill and I could pay for it with what I had in my wallet. I left there wishing I had this repair shop back in my home town.

I spoke to Matt who was very friendly. They were recommended to me by my parents who have used them for may years. They did a once over on my car as part of the oil change. A coupon was available on their website that helped with paying for the service. I will continue to use them for my car care needs. FYI... They took all the proper precautions due to covid.
