I had a very frustrating time with my insurance company, scheduling repairs and not having the assistance I was deserved. Enterprise was the one redeeming thing from my situation. I booked my rental car online, called and asked a few (probably dumb) questions later in the day, and the manager, Tyler, was so nice and helpful. Enterprise picked me up from the collision shop, Tyler was there bright and early smiling and making it a great experience, and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I received a super nice text checking on me and if I needed anything the next day. The customer service and overall experience was 10/10 and should I need to rent a car again, I will go to this location.

During a time of hardship i had the best experience here. First time using the company but they helped me when my car got totaled.nnTyler the manager was amazing yo me and was the kindest person to talk to. If i ever need a rental again i will definitely return.

Had a reservation made and confirmation sent to me about my car pick up date and time, everything looked good. The morning of pick up (Wed) I got a call saying they have no cars for me and the next one available would be Friday. I understand they maybe busy but at least let me not be able to reserve the car ahead of time and plan accordingly. If I knew no cars would be available I would have planned accordingly to that. I enjoy using Enterprise for work, this was a unfortunate event that ruined my already scheduled day.
