I got a great rate for an excellent vehicle. They were able to accommodate me when my reserved preference was not yet returned. I also received a good rate for drop-off at the locale of my visit. Drop off Monday morning quick and easy.

I have been renting from Enterprise for years for both work and personal travel. I have never once run into a problem with their reservations or vehicles. Great customer service and picking up/ returning cars is very efficient.

We had rented a premium SUV on line for a unexpected family get away. Unfortunately the day we went to pick it up Andrew called and said it had been in an accident, He quickly got us a 15 passenger van( which would fit our family). We were on our way. Andrew was very comfortable to work with. Great job

Booked a car the night before I left thru Priceline. Got to the rental the next day all the cars were gone. Drove 2 hours away to next Enterprise with 2nd booking. 5 minutes away from that location got a call there were no cars available. Manager at that store sent me to a 3rd place, 2.5 hrs of delays becasue of no rental available i get a car but few charged the upgraded rate. When I bring the car back an hour after close I get charged for entire day. I was behind in my trip because Enterprise kept renting out the cars I had reserved. Also cut my finger on some broken window glass in the back seat. Lastly 5 days later I have have yet to see the $200 deposit get posted back to my debit card.
