The original pickup went fine but when I dropped off at the airport it was early and there was no one around so I went inside to the counter and the person at the Enterprise counter took the keys and said they all help each other. About a week later budget tried to charge me $1000 and said I didn't return the car. I literally had to go to the airport and show them that the car was sitting there in the lot. Then they said all was well and gave me a total of $279. The next day I was charged over $800 and said that I turned the car in on the day I found it for them at the airport, even though I had conversations with them in the time leading up to that saying it was there but they wouldn't go find it. They even tried to tell me that their lot was empty on Thanksgiving but clearly it wasn't because the car I returned was sitting there. They passed me around between locations, managers, and counter personnel before finally agreeing to credit my account. Naturally that took 3 more days to process. They were rude, unhelpful, and left an unattended car at the airport for weeks. At one point I was straight up told that I was lying. This is not the first time that they have charged me incorrectly or I've had problems but it will be the last because I don't intend to use them every again.

I was charged $60 more than my quoted price. I was unknowingly upgraded to premium from the car I booked. Their gas “convenience fee” is awful. Do not accept it. Buy your own gas. I was charged for a full tank when I returned it with over a quarter left. The customer service extension does not work and when I called corporate billing I was hung up on 3 times. When I took the time out of my day to stop in for information on my charges I was told no manager was in the office and that they couldn’t help me with anything other than taking my phone number down. I rent cars multiple times each month for business and pleasure and am beyond frustrated with the customer service at this location.

Horrible customer service!!!!!! We did not authorize transactions that were charged. They provided an upgrade without disclosing the costs. We were only handed a vehicle and without gas. Found out about the charges after the funds were withdrawn from my checking account. I physically went to the store about this matter and was told there was no manager to assist me with this horrible experience.nnI will not be doing business with this rental company ever again due the horrible customer service and false information. I advise everyone to do the same. Not worth the headache or the money lost.
