Keys were ready when I got there was in an out in under 5 min the SUV was awesome great experience all the way around will definitely rent from here again
this is far and away the best hertz location I have ever used. they are quick and extremely friendly. manager jessica goes out of her way to accommodate my frequent visits and always maintains her positive attitude. other hertz locations should take training from jessica and her employees
Came to pick up my rental and no one at office. Waiting in 90 degree heat. No notification that no one would be here. Finally got a phone number and person seemed totally unconcerned about my having to stand outside and wait for him. Judging by other reviews, Hertz should seek a change of employee
It was a quick and easy rental process, and the car was great!
Worker was rude when I called to confirm and again when I picked up my car. They had a car for me but he felt it necessary to tell me that they almost did not. Said he called me to tell me but that is a lie. Or at least he didn’t leave a message. When I told him that I booked months ago and even confirmed they day before by calling the store he did not care at all. He told that’s just the way their business is. So do not book here because there is no guarantee they will have a car for you
