I had an accident and needed a car. They dropped off the car at the body shop. The paper work was simple, as was the return. The car had been cleaned and sanitized for COVID. No hassles and payment was handled directly with the insurance company.

I have been renting cars for about 4 years due to medical issues that I had causing me to go back and forth on the highway. An Enterprise was there to pick me up on American Parkway in Madison Wisconsin. Always great customer service and never a problem picking me up or dropping me off I recently had an experience where I cried like a baby. But the sales associate at American Parkway Madison Wisconsin Colton was very nice and empathize and helped me out that's why I love Enterprise!!!!
Great selection, friendly staff and very inexpensive
I usually don't have any problems with Enterprise rentals, but this last car I was in smelled like it had been smoked in. I was able to remedy the situation using a febreeze air vent clip and fabric refresher.
