Thank you so very much! Beth and her co-worker (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name through my hysteria) were amazing. They managed to help me change my car, part of the way through my cross country trip after my tire exploded. Beth worked her magic and got us back on the road to home. Thank you so much. Signed up for the Rewards card and set up online reservation. Got the car fairly quickly too. MSN airport is small and all the rental counters are at the end of the building. While in line I took note how others did returns. Basically you tell them the odometer reading and if the tank is full or not, hand over the key and your off. Pretty simple and fast.

this is far and away the best hertz location I have ever used. they are quick and extremely friendly. manager jessica goes out of her way to accommodate my frequent visits and always maintains her positive attitude. other hertz locations should take training from jessica and her employees

At first i thought i was getting a good deal. Booked the car for 2 days at 18 bucks a day. What they dont tell you is if you are under 25 it is a 54$ surprise charge. 54$ when i turn 25 in a month. The lady told me at the counter that the fee for underage would be like 10 bucks at most. DEFINITELY disappointed when i was charged 112$ total when at booking I was told it was only going to be 46$. Will NEVER use hertz again
