It was fast and easy to walk up to the counter and get my reservation pulled up. I was in the car in less than 10 minutes start to finish. The car was extremely clean and easy to find in the parking lot with lot of signage. Return was a breeze with filling out a couple small details and dropping keys off in a box at the desk.
Two issues. 1. I returned the car with a full tank of gas but got charged $115.00 as if I didn't. I even provided the receipt but was told because it was 11 hours later it doesn't qualify. Look at the milage and tell me you still think I returned it empty. 2. I provided a credit card at the counter, but you applied the charges to my personal card that is on file with my Fastbreak account. NEVER AGAIN BUDGET
Pick up and drop off were both seamless and the personnel very friendly and professional, IO did not like the vehicle I rented however and considered taking it back early for an exchange.
I only use budget, they have great staff working for them and always help me to my satisfaction. Yes I will recommend my friends and family to use budget.
They said I did not return my rental when I returned it 2 DAYS AGO. I will not be recommending anyone. Teach your counter employees to not lose track of cars. If it doesn't get fixed you will be hearing from my lawyer.
