Micheal and James exceeded all of my expectations. I had booked an intermediate sized car online but received a compact car instead from a different location. I wanted to add an additional driver and Micheal brought this discrepancy to light. Without any further questions asked he placed me into the appropriate car. I then received a phone call from the manager, James, asking how the new car was working and apologizing for the confusion. When returning the car, some additional charges came up for which were promised to be waved at the start of the rental. After explaining the situation to James he waved the fees without hesitation. Extremely impressed by the customer service provided by Micheal and James.

Very disappointed in the customer service I received today. I’ve heard nothing but good things about this place, and today was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.nnUpon arriving the first words out of Michael’s mouth was “I need a credit card and drivers license” No greeting or even a smile. I gave him my debit card and he said “No, I need a credit card” I told him I did not have a valid CC on me and that would have been nice to know when making the reservation. Nobody likes surprises like this when traveling. He said that’s fine it’s only to initiate it. So I gave him the card. As he was getting all my info he said “do you even have full coverage?” I said “yes????” He said “what’s your deductible and who is it through” I proceeded to tell him and he said “good - you’ll pay that deductible if something happens to our vehicle.” He got the rest of my information and told me that the cc was declined. I said “I told you that” his response was “it’s not my fault it’s declined!” I chuckled and said “really?! I never said it was...Are there any other options...” he said “no”. I asked if he could take a card over the phone. He said no. I asked for a managers card, he threw it on the table and I went outside. I came back in and as he was grabbing his things he said “I already called my manager and since you called me an a-hole I’m not renting to you.”nnI remember being in customer service for years and would do anything in my power to help a customer. I would have patience and manners towards the person I was serving because that’s business. I wasn’t there to harm anyone but to rent a car and this is where it went...nnFortunately I’m not going to allow Michael to ruin this business trip of mine - looks like I’m going to be flying.ud83eudd26ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f

Disclaimer: All business conducted with my companion parrot on my shouldernnMichael was an absolute delight, in all respects pertaining to customer service. Not only was he allowing and understanding about my pet, but he was engaging and generally a fun person. He mentioned to me about a free upgrade that was available b/c of the card/business I'd used to make my reservation which allowed me to use a vehicle that was above and beyond my expectations ..... I'd never have known had it not been for Michael.nnAt a small airport like Eau Claire, small things MATTER. Even a small CS problem can result in a terrible customer experience. I had the EXACT OPPOSITE experience. I HIGHLY recommend Enterprise at Eau Claire Air Port.nnPS: If the 'higher ups' are reading this and Michael isn't part of the crew you should consider a promotion for him because otherwise he'll quickly go where his skills are appreciated! ( no implication maybe he's the CEO :) )

Had some issues with a car reservation but stephen tomczak handled everything very professionally. Stephen Tomczak provided excellent 5 star service and has an incredible 5 star tan and hair. ud83dude0e

I have been traveling into Eau Clair about every 6 weeks since April. Michael Hamilton has been the agent at the airport that has assisted me with my rentals. He has met and exceeded my expectations each time I arrive. My last trip into Chippewa Regional airport during the winter storm January 23rd, Micheal went above and beyond providing excellent customer service.
