The people were super friendly and helpful with getting me through the paperwork expediently and into my rental car. The car was exactly what I wanted and in great condition. Drop off was just as quick and easy and I was on my way!

I've always had a good experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. We got a great Chrysler Pacifica for a trip around the Midwest. It was great. Very comfortable and clean. Our experience with the folks at the counter in Green Bay airport was good, too. Fast, efficient and friendly.

The car was great, the service was great, it just happened to be very expensive. I had never rented a car one way before but after talking to others (I did have an emergency trip) the rate seemed excessive. This would make me shop around a bit. I will say Enterprise always does a great job on the customer service side of things, but I do question being possibly 4x as high as others in this case.

My experience with Enterprise this time is the same as every time. Enterprise has the little things down. For example, I can guess with a reasonable degree of certainty what a rental is going to cost. Things like automatically adding a spouse as a driver with the cost built in to the base price are appreciated. This time, the rental car was clean and ready to go. Return was easy. I always rent from Enterprise. The service is consistent, and always at a high level.

The car was OK. It was good on gas but a little smaller than I like.nI would have liked an upgrade and I was supposed to have one but the guy at the counter did not want to look it up or maybe he did not have another car available??nService was fast.nCheckout was fast.
