It is on their website that they take Mastercard, but they most definitely do not. Turned my truck in to go home and tried to pick up my car and was told no bank cards even though is says Visa Mastercard right on the wall. Absolutely livid. Will never use Hertz again and will advise driver friends of the same.

Simple enough I have been using Hertz for many many many years and even this one about 3 years ago. It seems like the quality has gone down tremendously. The cars here have been dirty, stained, or smoked in. Only reason I continue using them here is because of Gabe and his customer service skills. But that only goes so far especially when I'm told by other reps that the car I have is terrible for snow but I would have to pay for an upgrade that as a 5 star previous presidents circle member should be getting for free.

Rented a car from Hertz through Jet Air Group while my plane was being serviced. What a superb deal I received!! Was expecting a sub-compact for the price quoted, which would have been fine. Instead was given a brand new Chrysler mini-van, only 100 miles total on it!! Thanks to Ryan, who delivered vehicle to Jet Air Group. This is second time I’ve rented from this Hertz outlet. Extremely satisfied both times!!
