For about 9 years now I've rented exclusively from Enterprise. The first 6 years I used the Appleton, WI airport location which was amazing. The last 3 years I used the Green Bay, WI location on Ramada Way which had issues yearly and this year ended my satisfaction with Enterprise. The first two years I won't discuss as management handled this minor situations to my satisfaction. However this year when I went to pick up the SUV I rented I was provided a smaller model than the level I reserved. I know this because I've rented this vehicle class before. I explained it wouldn't work and the lady swore that this was the class I booked and that they don't classify classes by vehicle size but by vehicle cost instead. I also know this to be a lie. She offered another vehicle, still not my class but this was bigger, so I took it. When I returned the vehicle the gentleman confirmed my theory that I was lied to and even showed me that she only charged me for the lower class of vehicle she provided me. Why couldn't she just be honest and say they didn't have the class I booked a month ago? I stay loyal due to trust and service and she just ruined both for me by lying to my face.

Great experience! The vehicle was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The Rogue we drove exceeded our expectations and was an overall pleasant experience.nIt was nice to get an upgrade and I'll definitely choose that vehicle and enterprise next time we travel!

The car rental was a smooth process to obtain and to return car. The only bad thing is I left my Ray-Ban Sunglasses, when I realized it I was in the airport already. The next day I called and they claim they weren’t there.

Reserving online, in person or over the phone has always been quick and easy. Pick up and drop off is even quicker. Associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. Always a variety of vehicle options to choose from and rental fees are very reasonable. This place is always my 1st choice!

Honestly. I didnt know about the chipped debit card thing. But once that was figured out it was a great experience. Everyone was nice and answered questions. And had no problem last minute extending the rental. Will rent again! 5 star.
