Great service!nnI put in a reservation that morning and was able to pick up a car in about two hours. I'd absolutely rent from them again if I needed!
Jake and the Enterprise team in Rice Lake, WI did an amazing job taking care of my request. I needed a car they don't normally have in Rice Lake so they brought the vehicle I wanted in from another office. However, this is Wisconsin and wouldn't you know it, the agent hit a deer on his way in with my vehicle! Happens all the time here! Thankfully, no one was hurt, the deer ran off but the vehicle could not be driven. This all happened the morning of my rental pick up. The Rice Lake office not only kept in constant communication with me, they looked high and low for the closest type vehicle for me and even gave me a break on the price. I can't remember the other person's name who helped me the morning of the rental but my RA# is 9R3LHK and he was equally as amazing as Jake. Thank you!~n.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff. The young lady who helped me was at the end of her work day and had several customers waiting. She did very well with that many people waiting.
Was treated so wonderfully by everyone at this location when I needed a rental while my car was being repaired.
Loved this whole experience. Made a last minute reservation but it all worked out. Fast service, great car, and definitely recommend to all who want to rent a car.
