This team knows how to treat customers right! My experience with enterprise Rutland was wonderful. The customer service was exceptional each time I spoke to a representative and I was given a very nice car after giving them extremely short notice. When i picked up my rental, the heated seat and steering wheel had been turned off fore which was a very nice added touch on a cold day. I dropped off after hours and still received a follow up phone call to let me know all was in order. I will absolutely return if I find myself in need of a rental again!

Horrible horrible customer service! I completed a reservation for my mother who is elderly and disabled to pick up a vehicle today at 11 AM. Due to Covid I was assured that the reservation would be made at 11 AM and there would not be away! My mother had to wait around 2 1/2 hours until her vehicle was finally ready! A man by the name of John told my mother she could not use their bathroom even after waiting 2 1/2 hours there. Only after to tell another customer they could use the bathroom. The vehicle is dirty and smelly and it’s not the vehicle that was reserved! My mother has a severe lung disease in the car smells like a cigarette tray! Everything and anything was difficult about this transaction! I will be contacting corporate and demand some sort of credit for the inconvenience and for the treatment my mother received!

Arrived at enterprise the reserved vehicle was not available. Was told I would have to wait 25 minutes. 1 hour later the vehicle arrived. Asked to use the restroom and was told it’s not public (due to Covid which is not transmitted through urine). Waited outside in the rain for the entire time to reduce crowding in the small lobby due to Covid. I do not recommend the Rutland, VT location.
