Absolutely outstanding customer service.nnI spoke to multiple employees from this location over the phone as I was making decisions about what rental company to use, and they were absolutely fabulous. When I went to return the car at a different location I was threatened with a whole mess of spurious charges, so I called BTV back and not only were they completely outraged on my behalf at the poor treatment I'd received, but the person reassured me that she would remove any charges from her end.nnI cannot say enough good things about the employees at this location - truly stupendous.

I was very satisfied with the customer service. The vehicle though already had about 100 miles of gas on the tank - it wasn't full, so I ended up putting extra gas in it than I used when I filled it up to bring back to the airport. If I hadn't been paying attention, I would have just spent the extra money. The attendant at the airport worked it out to reimburse me, which I won't receive right away.

The car was left with a quarter tank of gas when I got it. I was told by the girl that cleans the cars she would tell the desk. I was reinburst for leaving it with full tank of gas when I dropped it off. The price for the rent a car was reasonable. I had it for a total of seven days. Will rent another from them in future !!!
