The woman who helped me was friendly and professional. I had to leave my car at the shop to have a recall fixed. I therefore needed a rental. I got it here. She was quick and efficient. I was on my way within about 15 minutes.

They over charged my credit card. They never returned my call. Never gave me my AAA discount. Whoever runs that office should more educated on customer service. The voicemail box does not pickup. The daily rates kept changing. Personally honest never heard of a rental office not providing valet from the airport.

This is bad company, they gave me really dirty car and they charged me for smoking $300 and I don’t even smoke. They didn’t tell me when I was returning it, they told me that it’s all good And we will refund ur deposit But instead they charged me without any proof after I left. So unprofessional people and company. Don’t rent There

The staff was very busy the morning I needed a car last minute. I did not prearrange for a rental when I took my car to the collision shop and I was thankful Hertz was able to accommodate. After signing a few forms I was on my way in a small, clean, rental. I was even able to leave the car at the collision center when my vehicle was repaired and they picked it up there the next day.

I reserved a car with Hertz. I showed up at the location and they had no cars available. Hertz needs to sync up their computers— it’s not that hard. They cost me hours in an extremely hectic day. Bottom line: When you reserve a car— don’t expect them to deliver on their promise.
