Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This wasnt just my first time going through ENTERPRISE, BUT my FIRST ever car rental in general! The manager at the shelburne rd site WAS incredibly helpful and patient with any/all questions I had. If I am ever in need of a rental AGAIN, I WILL hands down and without hesitation utilize this location. Thank you for making an otherwise tough weekend dealing with family issues one that ended up calm and filled with good memories

Not impressed with this company. My spouse had a rental while his car got fixed. The insurance company pays $40 a day. We chose a Nissan Maxima that was $39 a day plus tax bring it just over $40 a day. They billed us $800 because the car we chose was not available the day we arrived. They cut the bill in half but blamed it on us. I have the proof we didn’t select an suv and will dispute the charges. They are crooks since the pandemic and will surprise bill you.

I’ve rented from Enterprise for years! Absolutely love the customer service and how thorough they are about their services. The car selections get better every year.

I needed a car when my wife and I arrived in Burlington VT for my daughter's wedding. I contacted Enterprise from home before the trip to schedule and confirmed the day we landed that a rental would be waiting for me the morning after the arrival as agreed. My daughter dropped me off and I was met immediately by the sales associate in the parking lot.nnA warm, friendly greeting, with a smile on her face and she gave us a choice of three cars in the class of vehicle we desired. We talked while completing a walk around discussing added insurance, cost vs protection and to have peace of mind thru such a hectic yet exciting occasion. The deposit was then discussed and terms of refund if returned as expected. She even offered to let me return it to the airport the day we were to depart for home. Otherwise we would have needed a taxi or Uber as no one else from the wedding party was available.nnWe chose a new Kia Soul with Twenty Thousand miles, bluetooth radio and as usual, a full tank of fuel. The car drove well, responsively and had excellent mileage. With all the driving we did to the resort Friday and Saturday, back and forth to the Hotel then back to Burlington, it only took $17.50 to replace fuel we used.nnI called Enterprise because my needs are always met. I'm treated with courtesy, respect and as a valued customer. I've used them for travel needs and if my vehicles aren't available or in the repair shop. I felt it necessary to write this review so others know they can have confidence when in need of rental transportation.nnWhether it be a car, minivan or even a 24 ft cargo truck with a powered elevator deck for hauling large items, Enterprise is the right choice and I Highly Recommend them !

Enterprise was very helpful putting us in the right size car we wanted and they were very courteous and helpful.
