Poor Customer Service. They are here to take your money. My mother In law rented to own a scooter on a Thursday (the price of the scooter is way higher then what it’s worth). She passed away on Saturday and they won’t even take the scooter back and give some of the money back. The people we spoke to were no help and offered to be no help. I would never recommend anyone to do business with this company. Also they are closed and are appointment only and won’t meet you for days. How do you even operate a business this way when someone says they are sitting at your business just all around terrible****Harold was not rude or threatening that was a family friend that called***

Poor customer service, cold hearted people. We came up from Florida to help my dad out with this issue, drove all the way to the Selbyville location to see a sign on the door saying close, appointment only this was on Tuesday, I called the number they posted on the door was asked how long I was going to be up here, I said the rest of the week, owner says I’ll can see you later this week, I said ok then he say the next Tuesday, well that a week later and I’ll be gone, he says well maybe I can see you Friday call me before you come.nMy mother bought an over priced chair (put $1000 down) from them on a Thursday afternoon and gods will she passed two days later. I called them to try to help my father out so he would not have an unnecessary bill. Cold hearted owns said if someone was to get new shingles put on there house and they pass they would not be able to Take the shingles back.nWe even offered to pay a restocking fee.

Very friendly staff. Be careful about buying a scooter that weighs too much for what you need.

Awesome! After some coaxing we were able to talk my 71 year old Army Veteran Father-in-law into letting us rent a scooter for him. He was very happy we did. He was able to participate with the family since he was able to use a scooter. Easy drop off and pick up at the hotel. Fair price. The battery lasted all day. Would use them next year. Thank you !

Neither their website or their GMB shows that their off season hours are different from what’s listed. We drove 30 mins out of our way to come here. Bad move.
