The clerk was rude. Just a terrible experience. Left in tears.

I scheduled a rental car while my vehicle was going to be worked on over a week in advance and upon arrival when they opened they had n o vehicles available even though they stated they would. The employee told me it would be sometime in the afternoon when a car would be ready. They didn't seem to care that I didn't have a way home or how it was an inconvenience to me. Seems like if you have multiple people scheduled you would have the cars available. I wasn't the only person turned away either. I run a business myself and this is how you lose customers.

I was charged for tolls that i paid cash.nJust found out every car has a transponder in it and if you go thru cash/ez pass lane it will charge it to your account even if you pay cash. Just beware, everytime i rented a car no one has ever told me that all cars have a transponder in . i just found out thru the rep on the phone.
