The guys are Great Kristen and Alexis in particular were great only reason I didn't give 5 stars was they hold your deposit if outta state took 48 hrs. To get back. But overall e excellent customer service
I am still waiting to hear back from customer service. I was misled by an rep that I could take the car one way or round trip and it didn't make a difference. When I showed up to pick up the car they advised me I could only do a round trip and there werent any one way cars available. I called customer service who said it was not a problem that I would have to pay approximately 60-75 dollars to drop the car one way. The store rep then proceeded to advise me they were going to charge 200-300 dollars if I took it one way. We could not come to an agreement or understanding. I agreed to take the car for the round trip. Enterprise then charged my credit card 510 ( instead of the $140). When I returned the car, a day early, I was charged for the extra day.nOverall terrible experience
Amazing service! It took 5 minutes to sign and pay and get the keys, so I was ready to go as early as 7:35 am and the office opens at 7:30am. The car itself was very clean and fresh, no scratches, nice breaks, back view camera. Price was very reasonable, key drop-off quite easy and fast too.
Always have a great car and friendly experience. I have just recently purchased an enterprise car. Nothing by Praise.
