Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great employees but a dirty car - the employees are helpful and nice but when my premium vehicle pulled up it was dirty with large poop droppings and the inside remakes of smoke. There was dust / ash all over instrument panel. Process was quick and easy. Returning was easy employee met me in lot and took keys to keep me from waiting.

Very professional and quick service. I was in and out in a matter of 10 minutes with my rental and the dropbox made returning my vehicle after hours extremely convenient.

Price was ehh and the selection was slim but they accommodated with a free upgrade. Very nice staff!

Worst experience evernn1. The vehicle I reserved online was not available when I arrivedn2. The replacement vehicle was not in the same class as what I reserved nor was it an upgrade.n3. It took nearly an hour for them to clean the vehicle. Only after I reminded them I was waiting that the vehicle was brought out. I feel they forgot about me.n4.So waiting nearly an hour for them to clean the vehicle it was dirty inside and out. I feel it wasn't cleaned and certainly was not sanitized.n5. The vehicle had a strong smell of marijuana. It was very noticeable. The rental agent put air freshener in there that lasted 20 minutes.n6. The smell made me sick and nauseous. I was praying I wasn't pulled over by the police because I would have surely been in cuffs and the car searched.n7. In the end I missed my meeting and the rental was a total waste of time and money.nnUpdate; Over a month has passed since my review and I haven't heard a peep from Enterprise furthering my assumption that they are so large a company and with other major competitors filing for bankruptcy they must feel that customer complaints won't hurt them. Sorry Enterprise but giants fall too.

Love the service provided by Enterprise Rent A Car service there's never a hassle and their vehicle's are updated safe and conveniently priced .:)
