Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rental was overall good. Did get a free upgrade which was nice! The vehicle I had was in good shape but it wasn’t necessarily the cleanest considering. The windshield had a haze over it so I had to clean that as well as wipe down some areas that were a little funky. The car also needed service halfway through my trip which was annoying. I told them went renting I was traveling from DE to OBX so I would think that they would have checked oil life but instead I had an alert every time I turned the car on about the oil. All in all good experience though staff was very nice and efficient so I would rent again from this location

Vehicle was new and clean. The price was reasonable. The process to check the vehicle out and back in was quick. I will be renting again in the near future

Kyla was great in explaining the costs. I was not shown anything in regard to where any buttons were and what they did. I did experience low air light one day and two tires needed air. One of the schrader valves did not work as expected. The car was nice. Found chick fila stuff under the seats by accident. Rental cars to me are expensive and generally feel grimy.

Very friendly staff and with current restrictions in place they are doing a great job. If I had a complaint it would be that recently we rented a vehicle which was really clean but unfortunately the change oil light pretty much stayed on since day 2 of a one week rental. We brought back the car early out of courtesy of this but were still charged a whole week.

The service was pleasant. Receiving and returning the car was easy. They were kind enough to offer an upgrade and that Jeep Trailhawk rode really well! Thank you.
