Budget Car Rental

This was an awful experience that Budget both locally and nationally only managed to make worse. My truck reservation, which was switched to three different locations on the day of the reservation, went unfulfilled the result being that I had to incur significant costs to move my family. Budget's customer service response was to offer me a discount code for my next reservation. I never write reviews but am doing so to warn against using them.

Great staff with quality cars

NO STARS!! Customer service sucks!! No one ever answers the phone at the location. The 800 is no help, they can't answer the simplest of questions. Very disappointed with my rental experience.

Excellent customer service and friendly team members. A refreshing experience compared to the poor service tolerated too long at Enterprise down the street. Thank you, Gabe & Jose, for turning my weekly car rentals into a wonderful experience. Keep up the great work!

Never again will I rent from this Budget. We needed a 15-passenger van for a function. We called to verify they had one because it is not easy to find a 15-passenger van. They confirmed they will have one. Then we received a phone call to verify a 12-passegnar van two days prior to the rental day. We told them that we rented a 15-passenger van. They assured us that one will be there Saturday morning when picking up. We arrived and there was no 15-passenger van. The manager Gabe said that he will give a discount because of the difficulties we were having. When dropping the new vehicle off that afternoon there was no discount given. He kept saying that he has to discuss this with his territory manager. He promised a phone call Sunday morning. Sunday morning came and no phone call. I called around 1:30 and Gabe had left for the day. I tried calling Monday morning and he was not in yet but as told they were still waiting for a phone call from their territory manager. My husband called later that afternoon and still no answer. I finally get tired of the run around and called the corporate company. They offered me a very good discount and it was taken care of within five minutes of calling. Stay very far away from this place. We were not the only customers that day with difficulties with our rental. Anther couple that same day rented a truck but when arriving to the lot to pick up tier rental, there was no truck on the lot. Terrible place to rent from and no care for their customers!
