Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Renting at the Penny Hill location has been great service. Although they are not cleaning their cars. They should be more thorough when renting a vehicle. Not only inspect the outside but also check out the inside as well. This is my third rental this year but the last 2 I have found ketchup on the steering wheel as well as dirt and hair in the cup holders. Regardless of the amount of people you are trying to service as quickly as possible you should as take pride in what you rent to them!

Although the service manager and staff were very nice and respectful I had a poor experience during my last rental. I rented a luxury top of the line SUV- when I picked up the car - it was filthy, had no gas in the tank and had low pressure alarms going off to indicate low tire pressure.nnThis vehicle obviously was not serviced or inspected from the prior renter- let alone cleaned properly- especially during Covid.nnThe staff was understanding and supportive but for the money I was paying this was disappointing. They had another similar class SUV on the lot and I switched to that car and everything was fine. But there was no attention to detail and it was obvious no service or inspection was done prior to delivery. Evidenced by no gas and flashing warning lights

At first it was a little issue with the first car I received. But the guy there really worked with me and got me into another vehicle and that worked out better. So over all excellent customer service and professionals

The people there were great and worked hard. The reservation system sucks. The reservation and allocation of inventory need to tied together. Don't make the reservation if the vehicle needed isnt there.

The staff did a good job. The vehicle was ready when arrived, clean and fueled, which is a big help. Great Job,
