The last three times I rented a car they were filthy. This last rent had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and had not been cleaned at all. This is dangerous during these times of Covid-19. The car was filthy inside and out.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly; however, the car could have been cleaner (dirty in between the seats and seats were stained) overall a good experience.

I was struggling to get a car rent as I had temporary Delaware license. Most of the rental companies declined as they needed license in form of card. The ladymlady here was very helpful and humble. They considered my case and arranged a minivan in no time.

This location is in a tiny airport and closes at 1pm on weekends! There is NO after hours key drop here. The Budget call center told me its ok to drop my rental off here, after hours. And since there isn't anywhere to drop the car off, I had to keep it for an extra day. Dont even bother.
