Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a Ford Excursion to take 6 ladies from work for breakfast at Shady Maple in East Earl, PA. The vehicle was beautiful and very comfortable and clean. The service at the enterprise office was quick and painless. Everyone commented on how great the vehicle was. I will be back to rent again.

I use Enterprise and the Kirkwood Highway branch regularly for business related rentals. Friendly and Professional Service. They are always helpful and go the extra mile to satisfy customers.

The whole crew at your office on Kirkwood Highway were incredibly nice and accommodating. The customer service level is outstanding. Thank you for all you do.

This review doesn’t even deserve a star. We had an overall HORRIBLE experience at this location, something in my gut told me not to go here. First off we were being sent by USAA due to a car accident & they were paying for our rental, so why did we need to put a card on file? “For Gas & taxes” I’ve NEVER heard of this before. Secondly my husband SPECIFICALLY told Sarah if she would like to check the vehicle before giving us the keys she said no that it was already inspected & the vehicle had a half tank of gas... LIE! The vehicle was at a quarter tank, transmission was slipping, smelled like CIGARETTES when there’s stickers that it’s NO SMOKING & had a BIG dent on the passenger side, which then they tried charging us at drop off $149. Mind you my husband’s car is TOTALED & we have NO income due to the accident, then tried to tell us that we could go through our insurance but would have to pay our $500 deductible!! NO we DO NOT! Then some guy sitting in the back barges in the conversation saying my husband signed a contract & we have to pay! BULL!!! Contract or not WE shouldn’t pay for THEIR screw up!!!!! It took for me to start calling USAA for Sarah to say if we had Liability on the vehicle totaled that USAA would cover. Literally the worst ridiculous experience & I will NEVER go to this location again!!!! I’d stick to going to Lancaster Ave where my family has rented in the past. ALL the employees in this location NEED better training & need to do their job PROPERLY!!! & I will be taking this to corporate because it’s ridiculous!

I’m glad that I trusted this company with our vacation. We tried other companies and it just never goes off without a hitch like it does at enterprise. Nothing recks the start of a vacation like complications, excuses and attitude. I get none of those things at enterprise and I could name the company that I get those things from but if you check their reviews out you will see for yourself. The vehicle is custom detailed prior to you leaving the lot. My wallet was stolen days prior so they just did a quick and simple exchange of names on the rental and we were out. I will DEFINITELY be renting from them again! Thanks y’all!
