National Car Rental

At best a mediocre experience. I had a 6hr drive in mid-summer and the AC worked only intermittently. I'm sure National could have switched out the rental at my destination but I had a very tight schedule that did not involve dealing with car issues.

About 4 or 5 mos. ago I received outstanding service from two exemplary personnel.The first Lance Mullins assisted me at my arrival. He is a bright, knowledgeable, caring professional. He was an excellent people-person who made you feel like you were his only priority. Cudos to hiring such a top notch individual to represent these companies. No stress, no fuss and five star treatment.nThank you Mr. Mullins for a wonderful experience. This employee deserves a compensatory reward.nnThe second person was Ty Weaver. He jumped right in at my return to prevent me from waiting. He was super personable, enthusiastic and sincere.nHe drove me home and was a great conversationalist as we discussed the three companies working together. He had keen perceptivity as he described the company's mission, goals along with his respect and appreciation for Enterprise Holdings. Mr. Weaver also displayed a dynamic intellect with logical, forward thinking. He will surely be promoted and quickly advance as he is a great asset to the company.nnBoth of these employees created a fantastic service. It was the last day of my four day stay and the check engine light came on in my car that I had picked up at the Philadelphia airport. I was staying in Wilmington and did not want to have to go to the airport to change cars, nor was I getting much love on the roadside assistance line. I took the car back to the train station and it was exchanged with no questions asked. Jameal at the desk was more than helpful and apologetic that all he had to offer was a minivan that hadn't been cleaned. I said no problem, my mini van at home is probably a biohazard with all the stuff my kids leave in it. I was on my way with no hassle to enjoy the last day of my stay.
