Enterprise Rent-A-Car

First I want to say your over the phone customer service was excellent I got disconnected with the rep and when I called back I was actually connected back to the same person so that was amazing because he remembered the whole conversation. Second your team was following the covid safe social distance and cleaning vehicle was washed and cleaned out perfectly and they were polite and respectful. Third the vehicle selection was wonderful as the mini van we rented had some great up to date safety features and it actually saved me from an accident with my family in the vehicle we were driving and a car came from three lanes over and through there car in front of the van and it actually detected this and braked which was a help in me stopping it was so great my wife and daughter were both like we need this vehicle and we are saving towards one know thank you enterprise for helping get my family to and from where we needed to go.

Went to rent a full size car, I forgot the agents name unfortunately but he had our car washed but didn't like how the cleaning was coming out and thought more work needed to be done, so he gave my wife and I an upgrade to a small SUV which was a nice Nissan Rogue, and we appreciate that level of customer service. No issues on checkout or return of the vehicle! Smooth process all the way thru!

The Lancaster Avenue location is the best one in Wilmington. They're so friendly, helpful, have great prices and I have never been disappointed. The location at Wilmington Train Station charges double, what the Lancaster Avenue location charges and the cars aren't as clean, nor is the staff as friendly. If a rental car is needed, go to the Lancaster Avenue branch!!!!

Jim Mateoli at enterprise on Lancaster ave very horrible person he uses his management authority to try and slander customers I’ve called cooperate and nothing is being done he uses his privileges to try and tell customers what’s right and he wrong I have been a loyal customer for 7 months and the Lancaster pike location is trash through the entire facility away they also took $1400 out of my account and put me in a damaged car and I have yet to be placed in a better car I’m going to keep calling corporate everyday until my needs are satisfied

The two gentlemen that assisted me were great. They were able to provide me with a comfortable vehicle to take my grandchildren to go to the beach.
