Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We had a 5 star experience with Enterprise. The car was ready when we needed it. We needed to extend our rental and with a simple phone call it was done. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Great Experience we will rent from them again.

I recently rented a Jeep from Enterprise Smyrna, DE location. The staff went above and beyond having this vehicle transported from Millsboro, DE to Smyrna and keeping me informed during the process. When I picked up the Jeep it was clean, the staff went over every feature of the Jeep since this was first experience with a Jeep, and explained the contract. I noticed that the satellite radio wasn’t working. I called the branch and they immediately fixed the issue and apologized for the inconvenience(which it wasn’t). When I returned the Jeep, the process was simple, the staff was friendly and truly was interested in my experience with Jeep and Enterprise. Immediately upon leaving, my daughter realized she left something in the Jeep. We returned to the branch and was immediately allowed to retrieve the item. Approximately 24 hours after returning the Jeep, my daughter realized she left her softball equipment in the Jeep. I called the branch and was told they had the items in the office. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and I definitely highly recommend Enterprise and will enter into another rental agreement.nnSincerely,nnAleata Campbell-Edge
