I've never rented a car before. I placed my reservations a few days in advance. Upon arrival was informed we needed a $400 deposit. I was never informed that there was a deposit, just need credit card. We spent 45min trying to get utility bills faxed to rent a car.nnIf it wasn't for the associate being informative and apologetic,we would've just said forget it. She had superb servicennWe called to extend drop off time in case of traffic. We weren't we informed until we arrived we'd be paying for an additional day since it was after closing. After spending 1hr+ at Enterprise. After everything was done the car still didn't have gas.nnI would think customer's would get informed this was necessary.

Horrible and incompetent. Would never use again.
